Breathing is an important part of Stress Relief

The average person breathes at a rate of 12-18 breaths per minute.

People under stress breathe more, and calm people breathe less.

You can improve you level of calmness by learning to breathe slowly, eg 6-8 breaths per minute.

This is also better for your health, as slow deep breaths allow your body to get all of the oxygen out of the air, and to fully expel all of the bad air.
