You have the Choice - or do you ?

 

There are things that happen that will upset and annoy you.

You have the choice about what you do to fix those things. However, in reality there are some things that are not worth changing. Eg you don’t want to resign from your job just because you don’t get on with one person or your boss. In some cases, your choice is:

  • Change the thing that causes the stress, or
  • Change the way you look at it.
The power of perception is considerable, and will affect your thoughts. You will feel more in control when you find that it is your choice and your control that actually makes you feel like you do.
