Positive Words, Positive Feelings

It is a fact that the words you use in sentences, whether they are spoken or thought, become your thoughts, and your thoughts control your feelings.

Therefore, if you use positive words, you will think positively.

A positive thinker, will then feel more in control, less stressed and worried than a negative thinker.

Sometimes it means reversing the perspectives, to find the upside of an issue. When you do, you will find the positive view.

If someone is asking you to do a job, and you are already busy, then you can either say (and think) “I can’t do that” or you can say (and think) “I can do that next week”. The latter certainly sounds better, and if you are overworked, is more likely to be the outcome.

Thinking positive removes the negative, stressful and worrying thoughts that upset us and create stress.
