Time is just a Perception, it does not control us

 

Many people trying to perform tasks within a specific time, glance at their wristwatch to make sure they are going to make it, or see how much time is left.

The average person does this 100 times per day, but it only increases the stress.

Try going through life without a watch and see how relaxed you become about meeting your commitments.
